Hastings Singh

Hastings spent a a 25-year career in taking best in class global technology and making it work via local in-country partners on both demand and supply sides. He worked for Apple leading 18 country markets in Asia. Hastings co-founded a startup business in 2017 to support mobile carriers globally make mobile device sales more profitable and less environmentally impactful by reducing carbon emissions for new devices by 80% by creating circular device lifecycles. He has appeared in numerous international forums such as Mobile World Congress and South X Southwest highlighting how industries can move to both environmentally positive and profitable business models. Hastings has a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford (Said Business School and Oriel College) as well as a Bachelor of Business in International Business and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney. He is an Australian citizen and a permanent resident of Singapore.

Geoff Pollard

Geoff is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years experience in senior commercial roles with companies like Duke Energy, BP and Morgan Stanley. Having moved to Singapore in 2007 Geoff established Telok Partners where he has worked with regional and global clients, advising on business and transaction structuring, capital raisings and strategy. He has also worked closely with asset managers and investors to structure and establish private equity and hedge funds, including redomiciling funds between jurisdictions. Geoff co-founded Mount Row Partners, a Global Investment Firm and Alternative Asset Manager with over USD 1.2 Billion in Assets Under Management and offices in Singapore, UAE, India and USA. Mount Row's assets span across Energy, Infrastructure, Financial Services, and Consumer Technology. Geoff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Monash University, Melbourne, and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney. He is an Australian citizen and permanent resident of Singapore.

Tim Birch

Tim has extensive experience scaling businesses from scratch in complex markets and leveraging partnerships as a key pillar for growth. Having ran BlackBerry's USD1.5bn distribution in Indonesia, he also built and ran Apple Vietnam & Indochina to a USD1Bn revenue business - now the largest market in SEA. As APAC Regional Vice President for Salesforce and Stripe, he built, scaled and ran GTM Partnership businesses across the region and most recently as Vice President ran Korn Ferry's APAC Digital Sales Consulting practice. Tim holds several NED Board roles for both listed and unlisted business and is an active venture investor across multiple sectors. He holds a Masters degree in International Security, International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Charles Sturt University.

Andrew Switaj

Andrew is an experienced risk professional who brings over 20 years of advisory experience, with senior roles in government agencies and companies like Chevron. He acted as US Special Operation Command’s senior consultant for the Defence Threat Reduction Agency’s genomic and proteomic sequencing centre and as a strategic advisor to the Commanding General of NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Mons, Belgium. Andrew was with Chevron’s Indo Asia Business Unit based in Jakarta as Head of Risk Management. There he oversaw a business unit spanning from Sumatra to the Philippines. He was involved in major capital projects along with the divestment of Chevron’s geothermal assets. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
