Bacteria: Highly efficient bacteria cultures custom designed for specific feedstocks, protecting against culture errosion by fermenter technology.
An-/Aerobic: Combination of aerobic and anaerobic digestion processes to optimise energy yields.
Toxins: Avoidance of toxic concentrations of ammonia (NH4) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in the bio-filtrate process.
Protection: Recycling of bacteria and sulphur from the fermentation residue following feedstock biotechnological treatment & dual hydrolysis processing.
Multi-Stage: Operations require no stirrers, optimises heat distribution across tanks and manages dual sludge extraction.
